There exists a VISA Waiver Program and some countries qualify for it. In such cases, you can visit Alaska without having to apply for a VISA.

A Schengen visa is a short-term visa that allows you to travel to all 26 of the Schengen-member states for tourism or business purposes. If you’ll be spending most of your time in Spain, then you’ll need to apply for a Schengen visa through the Embassy of Spain.

ETA stands for Electronic Travel Authorization. It’s basically the same thing as an e-Visa. It’s issued electronically and allow you double entry into Sri Lanka for a maximum stay of thirty (30) days.
