(If you've lived in the states and have Korean friends there, then you know what I mean) Since being back in Manila though, I haven't found an establishment that comes close. I absolutely love Japanese food. If I had to eat just one cuisine for the rest of my life, it would have to be Japanese (with Indian a close second). When sampling a new restaurant, one of the factors which determines whether I'll be going back there or not is how good their California roll is, and let me say that the California roll at Yutaka Izakaya was very good.
