Stand25 Bisztró: Refined Traditional Hungarian Fare at Hold Street Market in Budapest, Hungary

Stand25 Bisztró is helmed by Chefs Szulló Szabina and Tamás Széll, the latter a winner of the Bocuse d’Or European Chef Championship in 2016. The restaurant earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand award within a year of opening.

Locavore: Creating Modern Cuisine with Local Produce in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

Locavore is a modern European-Indonesian restaurant located in Ubud, Bali. As its name suggests, they’re all about using local products. About 95% of their ingredients are sourced from within the country, from the Balinese Kintamani coffee and hand-crafted sea salt to the pickled seaweed from Lombok to the beef short ribs from Malang, Java.

Toyo Eatery: The Most Inventive Filipino Restaurant in Manila?

Nationalistic in his cooking approach, Chef Navarra is known for his playful and inventive takes on classic Filipino dishes like lugaw (rice porridge), relyenong pusit (stuffed squid), and pork bbq. His presentation may be contemporary but the dishes themselves – and ingredients used – are staunchly Filipino.

Gallery by Chele is the newest restaurant concept of Chef Chele Gonzales and Chef Carlo Villaflor. In many ways, you can look at it as the second coming of Gallery VASK, Chef Chele’s award-winning restaurant that was ranked as high as number 35 on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Gaggan in Bangkok: A Chef’s Table Degustation at Asia’s Best Restaurant

Gaggan is a restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand named after owner and executive chef, Gaggan Anand. It’s currently ranked number seven on the list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. In 2017, it received two stars with the recent release of the first ever Bangkok Michelin Guide.
