Getting Ready to Shoot Sydney

Getting Ready to Shoot Sydney

We're flying off to Sydney next week to attend my sister's wedding. It'll be our first visit to Australia so we're extremely excited, as you can imagine. Kangaroos and koalas in Taronga Zoo, sunsets over the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains.

Stop Dog Fighting!

Stop Dog Fighting!

The world is changing. It’s changing for the worse when the dog fighting market has hit international proportions by using the Internet. It’s changing for the worse when whole communities live with something like this thinking it’s ok. You can make a difference by changing it for the good and giving these dogs a chance.

The Edge of the World

The Edge of the World

It's the break of dawn and I'm standing here, alone on Sabang Beach. It's dark, not a soul is awake, not even the vagrant dogs I had befriended the night before. Gentle streams of crisp, ocean breeze whistle past my ears as I'm lulled by the steady rhythm of waves crashing onto the shore.

It didn't occur to me at first since I was transfixed on their mammoth-sized burgers, but it suddenly dawned on me that their logo looked eerily familiar.

iMurakami

In the two days that we've had it, I've had my voice mimicked by a newspaper-reading dog, sliced pieces of flying fruit like a samurai, had my tone-deaf pitch corrected to the tune of Billionaire, and thrown everything from office staplers to purple squid at the back of Rainn Wilson's giant head. And that's not even the best of it.

Group Buying Websites

Group Buying Websites

It's become ritual for both Ren and I to check our favorite group buying websites on a daily basis to see what awesome deals we can sink our teeth into next. It's one of the first and last things I do everyday. When I get up in the morning, I first check my email to see what work lies ahead. I then go to all my boxing and MMA websites to read up on the latest goings-on in the fistic world. I then check all my favorite group buying websites in the same order as they're bookmarked, snapping up any new deals that catch my, or Ren's, eye. Only after doing this same ritual everyday do I get to work.
