Grind & Co.’s Louis Original
A variation of the Grinder that supports my long-standing belief that a sandwich can only be as good as the bread it’s on. Served between two toasted slices of white bread, the added texture made the burger more enjoyable. Really liked it, especially at just PHP 99.
Unlike the Grinder which you can get with one to three patties, I think this Louis Original can only be had with one, which is best I think. Any more and the meat to bread ratio would have been too skewed. Served with a tomato slice and onions, you can top it with cheese (sauce or slice), bacon, jalapenos, salsa, egg, and/or creamy dressing, with each topping going for an additional PHP 17-30.
Verdict: 3.25 / 5
